Proudly rooted in the Illinois river valley , of the 76th District:
I am a lifelong resident of LaSalle County and part of a five-generation family from Peru, Illinois. As a devoted wife, mother, and proud Army mother-in-law, I believe strong families are the cornerstone of a thriving community. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Colorado State University and have built a professional career in higher education, serving in distance learning roles at both Pikes Peak Community College and Pueblo Community College. Coordinated fundraising campaigns and donor outreach efforts as a Development Coordinator for a non-profit affiliated with Colorado State University. While I hadn’t originally planned a path in politics, I felt a strong calling to step forward after witnessing growing challenges across our state and nation. I’m committed to defending our shared values, supporting working families, and helping build a stronger future for the next generation.
I'm running to serve my community and address local concerns. Through canvassing, I've seen our towns' economic struggles. I actively engage with local issues, like questioning city decisions and advocating for accountability, to be a voice for our community.
